Does Atopic Dermatitis keep you hidden?

Find out if you may qualify for the JADE clinical study.

If you scratch helplessly at swollen, increasingly reddened skin or struggle to sleep because of atopic dermatitis, you know all too well that current treatments can have limitations.

The JADE study is designed to assess the safety and effectiveness of an oral investigational drug that is a blocker of an enzyme called Janus kinase. When this enzyme is blocked, the cells of the body’s immune system are expected to produce fewer chemicals believed to cause Atopic Dermatitis.

You may be eligible to participate in the JADE study if you meet these requirements

  • Are age 18 years or older
  • Have been diagnosed with chronic moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis for at least a year
  • Have a documented recent history (within the last 6 months) of inadequate response to treatment with topical medications
  • Are willing and able to attend study visits and undergo study treatments, tests, and procedures

A study doctor will review other preliminary requirements with you before determining if you may be a candidate to participate.
